WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for the Major Drive-Calder
Avenue Project for its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel is hereby authorized:
Parcel 152 : A 0. 2914 acre tract of land, more or
less out of and a part of that cer-
tain 5.0925 acre tract of land
laying and being in the C. Williams
Survey, Abstract No. 59, Jefferson
County, Texas
Owner: Steinhagen Oil Company
Value: $61,031.50
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
