R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of
twenty-five (25) automobiles for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford submitted a bid in the amount of
$210, 145. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Kinsel Ford is the best bid because of local
warranty service and should be accepted;
N0413 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kinsel Ford in the amount of $210, 145. 00 for the
purchase of twenty-five (25) automobiles be accepted by the City
of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay
for same upon acceptable delivery.
