R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for two hundred (200)
folding chairs for use in the Central Park Community Center;
and,
WHEREAS, Fernon' s submitted a bid in the amount of
$10. 99 per chair for a total of $2,198. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Fernon' s is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Fernon' s be accepted by the City of Beaumont
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for
same upon acceptable delivery.
