WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of four ( 4) parcels of land needed for the Phelan
Boulevard Extension Project for their appraised values;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Parcel 18 : 5,880 square feet out of City Tax
Tracts 73 and 73-B, Plat SP-6,
C . Williams League (Partial)
Owner: Sam C. Parigi, Jr.
Value : $16,172. 00
Parcel 26: 8,520 square feet out of City Tax
