WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont entered into a contract
with J. R. Plake, Inc. , for site work for the soccer fields at Babe
Zaharias Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the site work for the soccer fields at Babe Zaharias Park is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be,
and he is hereby, authorized to make final payment to J. R. Plake,
Inc. in the amount of $ 45,029.00.
