R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of two parcels of land needed for the Phelan Boulevard
Extension Project for its appraised value;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized :
Parcel 28 : 2,790 square feet out of City Tax Tract
113, Plat SP-6, C. Williams League,
Abstract 57, for the appraised
value of $2 ,790.00 (partial taking) .
Owners : Andrew and Carrie Owens
Parcel 29 : 4,710 square feet out of City Tax Tract
190, Plat SP-6, C. Williams League,
for the appraised value of $4 ,710.00
(partial taking) .
Owners : Clinton and Harriett Waters
