R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant budget
for the current year should be amended to provide for the use of
$80,000.00 in contingency funds for planning for the Downtown
Market Place Development Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Community Development Block Grant budget for the current
year be, and the same is hereby , amended by transferring
$80,000. 00 from the contingency line item to a line item for
planning for the Downtown Market Place Development Project.
