R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of the
first phase of the Prince Street Outfall; and,
WHEREAS, Greer Construction submitted a bid in the amount
of $511,063- 34; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Greer Construction is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Greer Construction is hereby accepted by the City of

Beaumont and the City Manager J-s hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Greer Construction in the amount of $511,063. 34 for the
construction of the first phase of the Prince Street Outfall.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
