R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Fulbright & Jaworski be, and they are hereby, employed by the
City of Beaumont as local counsel in an appeal, either judicial or
administrative, from the issuance of a permit by the Texas
Department of health to operate a Type I Sanitary Landfill in the
City of Beaumont. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make
quarterly payments for such services and expenses upon approval by
the City Attorney.
