BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into an agreement with the Governcr' s Office of General Council
and Criminal Justice for a special Canine Narcotics Investigation
Unit. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept such grant
and provide matching funds in the amount of $4,499. 00.
