WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of forty
(40) digital time clocks and flashers ; and,,
WHEREAS., D & S Barricading of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $20, 160.00; and,,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by D & S Barricading is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of D & S Barricading in the amount of $20,160. 00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to pay for same upon acceptable delivery.
