R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of
traffic citation forms for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, CABCO Business Forms of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $9,794.50; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by CABCO Business Forms is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of CABCO Business Forms in the amount of $9,79 +. 50
for the purchase of traffic citation forms be accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
pay for same upon acceptable delivery.
