R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the paving of Crow Road;
and,
WHEREAS, Bella Co. submitted a bid in the amount of
$43,591. 56; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bella Co. is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Bella Co. is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Bella Co. in the amount of $433591.56 for the paving of Crow Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
