WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of the
street and drainage project on Stagg Drive; and,
WHEREAS, E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company submitted a bid in
the amount of $229,800.50; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company in the amount
of $229,800. 50 for the construction of the street and drainage
project on Stagg Drive.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the &Azl day of 1982.
