R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to file an
amendment to the Beaumont Municipal Transit Paratransit Service
Capital Grant in the amount of $70,259. 00 with the Urban Mass
Transportation Administration (UMTA) . The City Manager is further
authorized to execute and submit all of the necessary grant
contract agreements in connection with the Capital Assistance
Grant or its amendments.
