R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the firm of Wathen., DeShong and Company, Certified Public
Accountants, be appointed as independent auditor for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 1982; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate an agreement for
auditing services with Wathen, DeShong and Company.
