R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the sale of a one story
frame residence at 8060 Calder; and,
WHEREAS, Joe Wheaton submitted a bid in the amount of
$500. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Joe Wheaton is the highest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Joe Wheaton in the amount of $500.00 is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to sell to him a one-story frame residence at 8060
Calder.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
