BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
an agreement with Meyer Group for architectural services in
developing plans for a shelter with restroom and concessions area
at Babe Didrikson Zaharias Park and a restroom at Klein Park.
