R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the Cty council desires to continue the
Manpower Consortium Agreement between the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County , Hardin County , and Orange County; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the Fiscal year 1983
Comprehensive Manpower Plan recommended by the Executive Committee
to serve the residents of the three-county South East Texas
Region;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Manpower Consortium Agreement be amended to extend
through fiscal year 1983, and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to sign the grant agreement, and all
modifications thereto, on behalf of the City of Beaumont.
