WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the price of
monthly transit passes be increased; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held prior to adoption
of increased fares;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing on increased prices for monthly transit
passes be held by the City Council on August 24, 1982, at 1: 00 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, Beaumont, Texas,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
