R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for the Phelan Boulevard
Extension Project for its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel is hereby authorized:
Parcel 5-B: 2,670 square feet out of County Tax Tract
335, C. Williams League, Abstract 57, for
the appraised value of $11,863.00

J. Randolph.
