R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 27, 1982, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Merrill Construction Company for construction
of an exercise trail at Babe Didrikson Zaharias Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the exercise trail at Babe Didrikson Zaharias Park is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to make final payment to Merrill Construction
Company in the amount of $11,500.00.
