R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for repair and restoration
of the Tyrrell Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, Winter King & Son of Beaumont submitted a bid in
the amount of $248,988. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Winter King & Son is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Winter King & Son is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Winter King & Son in the amount of $248,988. 00 for
repair and restoration of the Tyrrell Library.
