BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit
an application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development
for a Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration Program; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be
authorized to use $150,000 of Community Development Block Grant
Funds from the B-81-MC-48-0003 CDBG Budget for the Rental
Rehabilitation Demonstration Program.
