R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of lawn
tractor with rotary mower for use by the Water Reclamation
Division in grounds maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, International Harvestor submitted a bid in the
amount of $3, 496. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by International Harvestor is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of International Harvestor in the amount of $3,1496. 00
for the purchase of a lawn tractor with rotary mower is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
