R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for site grading at Babe
Zaharias Park; and,
WHEREAS., J. R. Flake, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in
the amount of $67, 493- 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by J. R. Flake, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of J. R. Plake, Inc. is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with J. R. Plake, Inc. in the amount of $67,493- 00 for
site grading at Babe Zaharias Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
