BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF' BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
the amount of $3,203. 35 to Mustang Tractor for emergency
repairs to a 1978 compactor used at the landfill.
