HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 82-243 Z.2 - 2- R E S 0 L U T I 0 N WHEREAS, the developer of Willow Creek Commercial Park Subdivision has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements as follows : Street Improvements Wespark Circle Water and Sewer Improvements Lots 1 through 10, Block 1 , of the Willow Creek Commercial Park Subdivision; and, WHEREAS the developer of said subdivision desires to have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements in Willow Creek Commercial Park Subdivision as above described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
