WHEREAS, on March 9, 1982, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with C & P Equipment Corporation for construction
of the Phelan Connector; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Phelan Connector project is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
make final payment to C & P Equipment Corporation in the amount of
$14,235. 65.
