R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the Purchase Of 105
volumes of the Federal Reporter, Second Edition, for the Legal
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Law Book Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 , 900. 00; and'.
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Texas Law Book Company is the lowest and best bid and
Should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAU14ONTI:
THAT the bid of Texas Law Book Company in the amount of $1 ,900. 00
for 105 volumes of the Federal Reporter, Second Edition, is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
