R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing is hereby scheduled for July 27, 1982 at
1 : 00 p.m. on an amendment to the Beaumont Municipal Transit
Paratransit Service Capital Assistance Grant application in the
total amount of $70,259.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized to execute and submit all of the necessary
grant contract agreements in connection with the capital
assistance grant amendment.
