BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Woodrow Doiron, developer, to participate
in the paving of Crow Road extension beginning at a point about
155 feet north of the north line of the Taft Street right-of-way
and extending southward 360 feet to a point about 155 feet south
of the south line of the Taft Street right-of-way, Calder
Highlands Extension Addition, as a residential collector street at
an estimated cost to the City of $22,205- 00. The City Manager is
also authorized to enter into an agreement with Kohler & Kohler,
Consulting Engineers, to perform the necessary engineering
services for this street project.
