R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
payment to the developers of Bayou Bend Addition in the amount of
$11,506. 14 for the installation of an oversize water main as
required by the City along Delaware Street between Dowlen and
Delaware Place Addition.
