WHEREAS, the City and Drainage District 6 have agreed to
share the cost of construction of the Cartwright-Corley Drainage
Relief Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Drainage District 6 for construction of Phase One of
the Cartwright-Corley Drainage Relief Program.
