BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to employ
Stroud Diving & Hydrography, Inc. to make an underwater
investigation of a dual pipeline crossing installation under the
Neches River at a cost of $1 ,225-00.
