BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Kinsel Ford, Inc. to repair wrecked city vehicles at
fixed labor, materials charges, and parts for a period of one (1)
year at the following rates:
Repair rate per hour $15-00
Refinish rate per hour $15- 00
Materials charge rate/hour $ 8.00
New parts list price - less 25%
Used parts cost - plus 20%
