WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing maintenance
service for all electric typewriters; and,
WHEREAS, Precision Office Products, Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of $52.00 per typewriter per year; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Precision Office Products, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Precision Office Products, Inc. be accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute an annual maintenance contract with Precision Office
Products, Inc. in the amount of $52. 00 per typewriter.
