R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1)
sandblasting machine and accessory package; and,
WHEREAS, Delta Pneumatics of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $1,709.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Delta Pneumatics is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Delta Pneumatics in the amount of $1 ,709.00 for a
sandblasting machine and accessory package is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
