BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay the
amount of $1 ,426. 00 to Equipment Headquarters as an emergency
matter for labor to check gauges and pressure and do the necessary
internal adjustments on a 1980 model 450 Case Crawler Loader (Unit
#5038) •
