R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of six (6)
55 gallon drums of polarsolvent firefighting foam; and,
WHEREAS, Arthur Dooley, Inc. , submitted a bid in the
amount of $4,933- 50; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Arthur Dooley , Inc. , is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Arthur Dooley , Inc. , in the amount of $4,933. 50
for six 55 gallon drums of polarsolvent firefighting foam is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
delivery.
