WHEREAS, bids were received for the reroofing of No. 7
Fire Station; and,
WHEREAS, Mike Barnett Construction Company submitted a
bid in the amount of $3,545.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mike Barnett Construction Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Mike Barnett Construction Company in the amount of
$3,545. 00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Mike
Barnett Construction Company for the reroofing of No. 7 Fire
Station.
