R E S 0 L U T 10 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing and
installation of theater seating in the Municipal Auditorium; and,
WHEREAS, Hoover Brothers, Inc. , submitted a bid in the
amount of $174,244. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Hoover Brothers, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Hoover Brothers, Inc. , in the amount of
$174,244. 00 for furnishing and installing theater seating in the
Municipal Auditorium is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same
upon acceptable delivery.
