WHEREAS, bids were received for construction of the
1982 water system improvements project; and,
WHEREAS,, Triangle Engineers & Designers submitted a bid
in the amount of $97,423- 50; and.,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Triangle Engineers & Designers is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Triangle Engineers in the amount of $97,423.50 for
construction of the 1982 water system improvements project is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract with Triangle Engineers &
Designers for such project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City' of Beaumont this
