R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of sixteen
(16) steel lockers; and,
WHEREAS, Storagecraft, Inc. , of Houston, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $1,259- 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Storagecraft, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Storagecraft, Inc. , in the amount of $1 ,259- 00 for
16 steel lockers is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
