WHEREAS, the water and sanitary sewer improvements in
Bayou Bend Subdivision have been inspected by the Public Works
Department and are recommended for acceptance by the City of
Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water and sanitary sewer improvements in the Bayou Bend
Subdivision, Lots 1 through 16, be, and they are hereby, accepted
for maintenance by the City of Beaumont.
