WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a tract of land needed for a sewage lift station
site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following tract of land is hereby
authorized:
The west fifty ( 50) feet of Lots 148, 1149, and
150 (50' x 150' ) , Block 13 of Blanchette First
Addition located at the northeast corner of
Avenue C and Wall Street.
Owners : Eugene DeMary and
Wilda DeMary
Value: $83000. 00
