WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for the Phelan Boulevard
Extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the purchase of the following parcel is hereby authorized:
Parcel 23: 5,633 square feet out of Tract 4
Beaumont Orange & Fig Company
Owners : Frances Whittemore Cole
Value : $5,633.00
