R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of five (5)
microfilm storage cabinets; and,
WHEREAS, Eastman Kodak Company of Houston, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $3,528. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Eastman Kodak Company is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Eastman Kodak Company in the amount of $3,528. 00
for five (5) microfilm storage cabinets is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
