A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the State of Texas, for itself and as trustee
for the City of Beaumont and Beaumont Independenit School District,
acquired properties located within its taxing jurisdiction resulting
from delinquent tax suit sales in accordance with Article 7345b,
V.A.T.S . , and advertised for public invitation for sealed bids to
sell these properties, and desires to accept the following highest
bid for the hereinbelow listed properties :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, for and on
behalf of the City of Beaumont, to execute a Quitclaim Deed on the
following properties, to the following party„ in the following amount,
conveying all right, title and interest held by the City of Beaumont
to these properties as follows, to-wit:
TRACT I
Lot FOUR (4) , Block "D", BEAUMONT HEIGHTS ADDITION
Account No. 06-387-00
TRACT II
Lot TWELVE (12) , Block "D", BEAUMONT HEIGHTS ADDITION
Account No. 06-393-10
TRACT III
Lot EIGHTEEN (18) , Block "D", BEAUMONT HEIGHTS ADDITION
Account No. 06-397-10
Bid - $50.00 for Tracts I, II and :III
