WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1)
hydraulic pump; and,
WHEREAS, Plains Machinery of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $1,827. 06; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Plains Machinery is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Plains Machinery in the amount of $1 ,827. 06 for
one hydraulic pump is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same
upon acceptable delivery.
